We ensure that our staff deliver the highest quality services via:

  • Regular on-site reviews of CPM staff members’ activities;
  • Monthly one-on-one meetings with each CPM staff member, which includes any mentoring which may be required;
  • Monthly meetings/conversations with the client manager to whom the CPM staff reports to ensure client satisfaction;
  • Quarterly reviews with the client Project Sponsor in order to determine his/her level of satisfaction with the CPM staff’s performance;
  • Individual training and development where desires and/or required;
  • Bi-monthly collective group training sessions.
